Product description

Technical principle

Tire pyrolysis oil, waste oil or any other pyrolysis oil are heated in distill, and start to gasfied and distilled when temperature reach a certain level. Moisture is removed at 100 ℃; Gasoline is distilled at 180 ℃, Diesel is distilled at 360 ℃. the left in reactor will be only oil residue.  There is catalyze tower to help process. At the same time, the distilled component will cool in condensers. Third process is to removel the black color and smell of diesel and gasoline in clean system. During all process, the Syn gas will be clean and recycled to burner system to supply heat in Syn gas treatment system. End product will  be diesel, gasoline and 5% residue.
